Pankaj Kumar Sharma is an experienced System Engineer with over 6 years of relevant experience in the field of IT infrastructure management. He possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in RHEL 5.4, 7 & 8, MS Server 2012 & 2016, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, AWS, EKS, Ansible, Terraform, and Openshift. Pankaj's core competencies include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft server machines, managing Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO), Group Policy Management Console, DHCP, and DNS, and providing remote desktop and remote assistance. He has a proven track record of installing and configuring network printers, creating and deleting user accounts, managing user rights, and monitoring and managing servers. In addition, Pankaj has extensive experience in configuring and managing exchange server (Outlook/Office365), providing access to shares under domain according to group policies, and troubleshooting system, network, and user problems. He has also been responsible for the analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of computing systems, as well as the evaluation and recommendation of new hardware and software. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science Engineering from Technocrats Institute of Technology, and a Senior Secondary Certification in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya No.-2 AFS Maharajpura. He is proficient in AWS, Ansible, Terraform, infra, Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins.
